The Process.
Consultation.
We'll listen as you tell us what it is you would like to achieve with your project and provide recommendations and ideas to help get the very best out of your space.
Survey.
To help put ideas on paper, a visit to your property may be required to measure up and make sure everything will work.
Concept.
Time for the exciting part. Using your brief, and the information gathered, a concept will be put together for your review.
Planning.
Once you're happy with the concept, a drawing package will be assembled for a planning application. We'll submit this, ensuring everything that's needed is included.
Technical.
Once planning permission is granted, the next stage is preparing drawings for a building control application. Your dream space is one step nearer to becoming a reality.
